St. Edmond has set the spiritual events for the 2016-2017 school year.  As a part of our mission, we are strive and are fortunate to be able to provide a Christ-centered environment.  Our goal is to educate our students with not only great academics but to educate the whole student with the addition of our faith.

In previous years we have done a school-wide service day, however, this year we broke it down a little bit differently.  Each grade level, 6-12 participated in a retreat day with part of their day was spent doing service and various places around the Fort Dodge area in the morning with their retreat to follow in the afternoon.

6th Grade - November 16th - Friendship Haven

7th Grade - October 26th - Helping with parishioners yards

8th Grade - March 29th - Friendship Haven

9th Grade - October 19th - Rake yards

11th Grade - November 3rd - Operation Christmas and KEY, Village General

September 8th - Operation Christmas and KEY, Village General

10th Grade - March 28th  - Marian Home and Village

12th Grade - April 19th - American Martyrs Retreat House - Waterloo

In addition to these areas of service many other charities are helped through our students participation.  During Christmas time, our elementary students also help out through donations to Domestic and Sexual Abuse Outreach Center, Food pantries, military are just a few.

For the last couple of years we have carefully chosen a charity for each month for our students to contribute for our Offertory collections at Mass and for any fundraising we may do listed below are the various charities and the month delegated for each.
By consistently teaching our students about stewardship, they will learn to give back and recognize the value of giving.
